Qualifications

• Must be enrolled in an accredited university and have completed at least 2 semesters within Electrical Engineering/Computer Engineering or Computer Science fields.
• U.S. Citizenship required; eligible for access to classified information per government security requirements.
• Strong interest in undergraduate Electromagnetics; basic analog electronics knowledge desirable.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Fluent in English and able to communicate effectively.

Responsibilities

• Work with a mentor in DF/Antenna design; perform entry-level engineering tasks.
• Provide technical support across DF projects in collaboration with Software Defined Radios.
• Participate in DF hardware designs under close supervision.
• Use MATLAB and Python for RF/DF analysis tasks; analyze data and document results.
• Attend seminars and facility tours; interact with other students and staff.
• Contribute to ongoing DF/antenna design efforts and share findings.
