RTX in Aguadilla, Puerto Rico offers a Monday-Friday Co-Op session from July to December, requiring residency in Puerto Rico at start with no relocation offered.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement DevSecOps pipelines, automate testing, and support CI/CD processes while aligning with program needs and cybersecurity requirements.

Role is hybrid with three days onsite and two days remote; English communication is required for customer and team interactions.

Qualificações

• Requires a High School Diploma or equivalent and student must be pursuing a Bachelor’s or advanced degree in software or computer engineering.
• U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access information under this program/contract

Responsabilidades

• Assist in the collaboration with cross-functional teams to design and implement efficient DevSecOps pipelines tailored to software development needs.
• Support the development of automated testing, continuous integration, and continuous delivery processes to enhance efficiency and accelerate software development cycles.
• Help with the implementation and continuous improvement of CI/CD pipelines, shaping the future of software delivery.
• Assist in selecting, configuring, and integrating tools to enhance software development flow, optimizing productivity and performance.
• Work closely with DevOps managers and relevant teams to understand and adapt DevOps practices, ensuring alignment with specific program needs.
• Provide support in DevSecOps implementation to assist software teams in adopting DevSecOps tools and best practices.
• Enable development teams to automate artifact generation and manage product lifecycles efficiently.
• Assist in automating software releases while ensuring quality, cybersecurity, and safety requirements are met.
• Support behavioral- and test-driven development practices to enhance software design, implementation, and test automation.
• Help design, develop, and maintain dashboards that display DevSecOps metrics, performance measures, and indicators of continuous improvement.
• English (read, write, speak) is required when communicating with customers, co-workers, or supervisors who only speak English
