OpenTalent is seeking a DevSecOps Application Security Engineer to join our Richardson-based hybrid team. You will drive security testing across the SDLC, integrating GHAS into CI/CD, and coordinating with developers to embed security early in the process.

Qualifications

• SAST/SCA using GHAS and DAST using Burp Suite, with vulnerability classification aligned to OWASP.
• Integrate GHAS into CI/CD, automate scans across SDLC, configure policies, reduce false positives, and enable shift-left security with development teams.
• Vulnerability management: analyze findings and provide remediation guidance to engineering teams.

Responsibilities

• Perform application security testing across the SDLC, including SAST/SCA and DAST assessments.
