American Operations Corporation in Wisconsin is seeking a qualified DevSecOps Platform Lead to oversee the execution of operational software and ensure CI/CD practices across all BMx systems. The ideal candidate must possess DoD Secret Clearance and have over 10 years of related experience.

Your role will consist of coordinating with various stakeholders to manage releases and maintain pipeline operations. Key technical skills include Azure DevOps, Jenkins, and Kubernetes/OpenShift. Benefits include health insurance, retirement plans, and generous paid time off.

Qualifications

Must possess DoD Secret Clearance.
10+ years of DevOps/DevSecOps experience.
Experience supporting DoD enterprise CI/CD environments.
Experience integrating RMF/security scanning into pipelines.

Job description

Leads execution of the BMx operational software factory and governs CI/CD architecture, deployment orchestration, release sequencing, environment management, automation services, infrastructure-as-code execution, and pipeline governance across all BMx systems. The DevSecOps Platform Lead ensures sustainment, modernization, migration, cybersecurity, and release activities remain synchronized across cloud-native, legacy, and hybrid operational environments.

This role coordinates directly with Product Owners, Scrum Masters, System Architects, Cybersecurity personnel, Independent Test Teams, Enterprise Integration personnel, and Cloud Engineers to manage pipeline promotion, release validation, deployment sequencing, rollback readiness, operational stabilization, and production deployment governance. The DevSecOps Platform Lead also governs automation tooling, artifact management, SBOM generation, release metrics, pipeline data collection, and DevSecOps-related CDRL execution.

Within BMx, the DevSecOps Platform Lead plays a critical role in ensuring modernization activities do not disrupt operational maintenance, PMEL, or readiness workflows during release execution.

Must possess DoD Secret Clearance.
