Job summary

Anduril Industries, Inc. is seeking a Software Engineer to bridge tactical software and DevSecOps, building secure automation infrastructure for radar deployments and accelerating developer workflows.

You’ll design CI/CD pipelines, create core tooling, implement Infrastructure-as-Code, and establish continuous compliance workflows for stringent DoD and IC security requirements. You will collaborate with software engineers to optimize builds, test processes, and integrate security controls early

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field or equivalent experience.
• Strong hands-on experience with CI/CD tools (GitLab CI, Jenkins, GitHub Actions).
• Proficiency in Python and C++.
• Understanding of design patterns, testing, version control, and debugging.

Responsibilities

• Design secure CI/CD pipelines for radar tracking software across enclaves.
• Collaborate with engineers to optimize build/test processes and integrate security early.
• Work with tactical software developers to identify pain points and build durable solutions.
• Build IaC frameworks (Terraform/Ansible) to provision multi-environment setups meeting DISA STIG/NIST 800-53.
• Automate security compliance workflows including STIG scans and configuration validation.
• Develop containerization/orchestration solutions (Docker, Kubernetes) for classified networks.
• Create monitoring/logging infra to support security operations and incidents.
• Partner with system admins and ISSM/ISSO to meet customer security requirements.
