Job summary

You will implement infrastructure-as-code patterns, embed security checks, and collaborate with cloud and security teams to scale DevSecOps best practices in a federal context.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field or equivalent experience.
• 4–7+ years of experience in DevSecOps, DevOps, SRE, or platform engineering with strong exposure to automation.
• Solid understanding of infrastructure components, cloud capabilities, and software‑defined practices.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement CI/CD pipelines automating build, test, and deployment for mission-critical systems.
• Develop and maintain infrastructure-as-code templates to provision cloud and on-prem environments.
• Embed security baselines, policy checks, and monitoring into pipelines to enforce DevSecOps practices.
• Collaborate with application, cloud, and security teams to standardize DevSecOps toolchains for an as-a-service model.
• Support auto-provisioning of compute, storage, and networks using automation tools.
• Monitor pipeline and platform health, troubleshoot issues, and drive reliability improvements.
• Contribute to docs and provide coaching on pipeline standards and secure coding.
