Lockheed Martin’s ISA UAS division seeks a DevSecOps Engineer with a Software Engineering background to join our team and continue our 80‑year legacy of pioneering advanced aircraft.

As a DevSecOps Engineer supporting the ADP ISR UAS domain, you will implement DevSecOps practices supporting mission-critical systems. This role offers immediate impact through creativity, collaboration, and innovation in the Skunk Works environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• 5+ years of software development with a focus on DevOps.
• Experience building, maintaining, and automating CI/CD pipelines with GitLab CI/CD.
• Experience with containerization and orchestration technologies such as Docker, Podman, and Kubernetes.
• Experience with Linux-based development environments.
• Strong scripting and automation skills using Python, Bash, PowerShell, or similar languages.

Responsibilities

• Develop and improve DevSecOps capabilities supporting secure, reliable software delivery for mission-critical systems.
• Collaborate across software, systems, infrastructure, hardware, and security teams to integrate solutions into complex program environments.
• Help lead troubleshooting and continuous improvement while taking ownership of complex issues and supporting other engineers.
