Job summary

The Boeing Company in Saint Charles, MO, seeks a DevSecOps Software Engineer (Associate or Experienced) to design, implement, and maintain secure software pipelines for embedded systems. You will drive automation, testing, and delivery across multidisciplinary teams in a defense-focused program.

Ideal candidates have a software life cycle background, strong DevSecOps experience, and 2+ years in CI/CD with automation and security controls, plus the ability to obtain a U.S. Secret clearance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree and ability to obtain U.S. Secret clearance.
• 2+ years of experience in the Software Development lifecycle (Requirements Analysis, Design, Code, Integration & Test).
• 2+ years of experience with Development Operations (DevOps) and/or Development Security Operations (DevSecOps).
• 2+ years of experience with test automation.
• Experience with CI/CD using code versioning, build and test automation tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead development, documentation, and maintenance of standardized DevSecOps processes and metrics.
• Lead automation, monitoring, and troubleshooting across software development and deployment stages.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to build robust, scalable pipelines.
• Implement current and emerging DevSecOps technologies, tools, and regulations.
• Configure and install integrated software engineering environments based on DevSecOps framework.
• Design automation processes and support build and release activities.
• Provide technical support and ensure compliance with security directives and requirements.
• Manage software dependencies, licensing, and integration for developers.
• Support virtual environments, OS hardening, and infrastructure security.
