Job summary

Knight Federal Solutions is seeking a DevSecOps Engineer to integrate security into the full software lifecycle. You will work with cross-functional teams to implement security in the pipeline, automate workflows, and maintain secure infrastructure in support of DoD and IC-related systems.

The ideal candidate brings 8+ years in DevSecOps or cybersecurity, holds TS/SCI with CI Poly, and has experience with Terraform/Ansible and cloud platforms. Federal contracting experience is highly desirable.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity or related field; Master’s preferred.
• 8+ years in DevSecOps, software Dev, or cybersecurity engineering.
• Active TS/SCI clearance with CI Polygraph required.
• Experience with federal/defense contracts is highly desirable.
• Experience with Terraform, Ansible for infrastructure automation.
• Experience with AWS/Azure/GCP cloud platforms.

A Master's degree is preferred. Required Experience: - Minimum of 8 years of experience in DevSecOps, software development, or cybersecurity engineering. - Proven experience in implementing security measures and managing security tools within a DevOps environment. - Must hold an active TS/SCI clearance with CI Polygraph. - Experience in working with federal or defense contracts is highly desirable. - Demonstrated experience in managing and automating infrastructure using tools such as Terraform, Ansible, or similar. - Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
