Job summary

CACI is seeking a DevSecOps Engineer to join our engineering team and help solve challenging problems in secure cloud infrastructure. The role requires a TS/SCI clearance with polygraph and a strong background in cloud platforms, CI/CD, and container orchestration.

You will design and manage AWS-based systems, implement security best practices, monitor performance, and collaborate across development, operations, and security teams to maintain an efficient DevSecOps pipeline.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Security+ certification required.
• 5+ years of experience as a DevSecOps Engineer or similar role.
• Active TS/SCI with polygraph.

The Opportunity:

CACI is seeking a DevSecOps engineer to join our team and help us solve one of our customer's toughest problems. We are working a unique, never-been-done before task that requires the best and brightest.

Responsibilities:

• Design, implement, and manage secure cloud infrastructure on AWS and potentially others
• Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines using GitLab or other tools to automate the deployment process.
• Implement and manage container orchestration using Kubernetes or other similar orchestration software.
• Implement automated security best practices and ensure compliance with industry standards.
• Monitor and troubleshoot infrastructure and application performance issues.
• Collaborate with development, operations, and security teams to maximize the performance and comprehensiveness of the DevSecOps pipeline.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest DevSecOps trends, tools, and technologies.
• Collaborate with a development team to accomplish established goals
• Create and maintain documentation for procedures, configurations, and programs
• Use DevSecOps methodologies to identify constraints and employ creative solutions to break bottlenecks, improve processes, and create efficiencies.
• Support the development and implementation of backup and disaster recovery strategies
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Qualifications:

• Security+ certification
• 5+ years of experience as a DevSecOps Engineer or similar role

The proposed salary range for this position is:

$82,100-$172,400
