NationMind LLC in Princeton, NJ is seeking a senior DevSecOps Business Analyst to drive requirements for security-enabled CI/CD pipelines and developer workflows. This onsite role requires collaboration with engineering, InfoSec, and platform teams to translate business needs into actionable specs.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years of experience, deep SSDLC knowledge, and a track record in governance. Expect cross-functional stakeholder engagement and documentation across BRDs/FRDs and workflows.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in DevSecOps or business analysis roles.
• Ability to gather and document business and security requirements for platform/tooling implementations.
• Strong knowledge of SSDLC, governance frameworks, and security best practices.
• Experience translating security needs into functional specifications and governance processes.
• Proven ability to facilitate workshops and stakeholder meetings with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with engineering, platform, and InfoSec teams to gather requirements for DevSecOps initiatives.

• Support definition of DevSecOps processes including CI/CD security integration and developer workflows.
• Analyze tooling landscape to identify gaps, redundancies, and improvements.
• Assist in toolchain rationalization and document approved tools and standards.
• Help define governance frameworks including access controls, compliance, and audit processes.
• Work with architects to define user journeys, workflows, and system interactions.
• Develop BRDs, FRDs, user stories, and process flows.
• Facilitate workshops and stakeholder sessions for requirement validation.

• 4. Understanding of developer tooling ecosystems including CI/CD tools| security tooling| and cloud platforms.
• 5. Ability to translate security and compliance requirements into functional and business requirements.
• 6. Strong exposure to Agile methodologies and working with cross-functional engineering teams.
• 7. Familiarity with metrics such as DORA metrics and developer productivity measurements.
• 8. Experience in stakeholder management across engineering| InfoSec| and platform teams.
• 9. Strong analytical| communication| and documentation skills.
