Job summary

Epicor Software Corp. is seeking an IT Security Engineer to build security into every stage of software design, development, and delivery.

You will partner with development teams to strengthen application security, identify vulnerabilities, and integrate security throughout the SDLC. You will support DevSecOps practices, perform threat modeling and security architecture reviews, and provide practical, risk-based security recommendations to technical and business stakeholders to help ensure

Qualifications

5+ years in information security with hands-on application security.
Experience integrating security into CI/CD pipelines.
Experience working with software development teams to identify and remediate vulnerabilities.
Experience performing threat modeling and security architecture reviews.
Strong communication with stakeholders and ability to translate security findings.

Responsibilities

Partner with software development teams to identify, assess, prioritize, and remediate application security vulnerabilities.
Integrate security practices into CI/CD pipelines and the broader SDLC.
Perform threat modeling and security architecture reviews to identify risks and recommend controls.
Review applications, code, and solutions from a security perspective to guide secure design and implementation.
Translate security findings into practical recommendations for technical and business stakeholders.
Collaborate with development and technology teams to embed security into engineering workflows.
