DevOps (Techno-Functional) ( USC & GC ONLY )

Responsibilities
- Lead the development, communication and implementation of the organization’s DevOps capabilities, including Continuous Integration, Continuous Test Automation of infrastructure management, continuous delivery pipelines, and application monitoring.
- Build and demonstrate success in DevOps best practices.
- Provide hands‑on experience with DevOps automation and monitoring tools.
- Design and implement a continuous delivery platform.
- Create new and improve existing workflows within the agile software development lifecycle, including engineering tools enhancements, continuous integration and build processes, and continuous delivery.
- Manage multiple application support & maintenance, test environment management, and service delivery projects.
- Work directly with clients and internal teams, leading and being accountable for the design and delivery of advanced DevOps capabilities.
- Lead technical tasks for enterprise‑level clients.
- Lead client‑facing pre‑sales efforts.
- Lead a project team of consultants on simultaneous client projects.
- Provide technical leadership for a team of software and DevOps engineers through communication, documentation, and examples.
- Design, code, test, debug, and document software that enables DevOps in an agile environment for use by the development team.
Technical Experience
- Configuration and deployment tools such as Chef, Puppet, Ansible.
- CI tools including Jenkins, TFS, TeamCity, Bamboo.
- Build scripting: MSBuild, ANT, NANT, Maven, Gradle, WiX Installer, InstallShield.
- Version control systems: Git, TFS, SVN, Perforce.
- Scripting languages: Python, Perl, Bash, PowerShell.
- Monitoring tools: Splunk, Nagios.
- Application servers: IIS, Tomcat, JBoss, WebLogic, WebSphere.
- AWS services: EC2, ECS, S3, EFS, Elastic Beanstalk, Lambda, RDS.
- Cloud and virtualization technologies: Docker, AWS, VMware, OpenStack.
- PaaS: Cloud Foundry, Kubernetes.
- Provisioning, deployment, monitoring, and scaling of large hosted platforms in a microservice environment.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent from an accredited institution; 3 years of progressive experience may be considered in lieu of each year of education.
- At least 11 years of experience in Information Technologies.
