Qualifications

• 8+ years of IT leadership in DevOps, cloud, and infrastructure.
• Experience managing Azure and/or AWS cloud environments.
• Strong knowledge of CI/CD tools (Azure DevOps, Jenkins, GitHub Actions, etc.).
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, ARM, CloudFormation).
• Knowledge of .NET and Windows-based application ecosystems.
• Hands-on release and production support leadership.
• Experience leading technical teams and coordinating cross-functional stakeholders.
• Insurance and Group Benefits industry experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and govern CI/CD pipelines, release processes, and deployment strategies.
• Collaborate with DevOps teams to improve deployment frequency, reliability, and efficiency.
• Oversee cloud infrastructure planning, provisioning, scalability, security, and cost optimization.
• Coordinate with cloud architects on architecture reviews and modernization initiatives.
• Ensure cloud operations align with business continuity and security requirements.
• Provide oversight for enterprise .NET and Windows-based application portfolios.
• Review technical solutions and roadmaps to align with business objectives.
• Ensure adherence to release management, change management, and production support processes.
• Lead and mentor DevOps engineers and technical teams.
• Drive automation, observability, and continuous improvement.
