Job summary

Resourceful LLC in Bellevue, WA is seeking a Technical Lead with a strong DevOps background to lead a major client engagement. You will own release delivery, guide engineers, and be the trusted technical voice in front of the client. You’ll also need to be comfortable in stakeholder meetings as you drive architecture decisions.

The role requires 8+ years in DevOps/platform, 5+ years building CI/CD, and hands-on Azure DevOps and Kubernetes. Hybrid schedule with 4 onsite days per week in Bellevue.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in DevOps, platform, cloud, or software engineering with 5+ years CI/CD and release automation.
• Proven lead experience: guiding teams, delivering, and client/stakeholder interaction.
• Hands-on with Azure DevOps and Kubernetes; strong knowledge of modern app architectures.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a DevOps/engineer team, defining standards and best practices.
• Be the primary technical contact for client stakeholders, communicating status and risks clearly.
• Own end-to-end release lifecycle across multiple apps/environments, including planning and rollouts.
• Design and improve CI/CD pipelines and release automation in Azure DevOps.
• Guide Kubernetes, containerization and IaC practices on Azure.
• Lead incident response and root-cause analysis with long-term fixes.
• Drive DevSecOps, observability, and continuous improvement across delivery.
