Job summary

ImagineX Consulting in Columbus, OH is seeking a proactive DevOps/SRE engineer and technical project manager to lead DevOps and SRE projects onsite with clients. You will drive CI/CD automation, observability, and engineering leadership across software, data, and AI initiatives.

The role demands hands-on engineering background combined with strong leadership, stakeholder management, and a focus on operational excellence. Onsite visits with the client will occur five days per week.

Qualifications

5+ years in software, DevOps, or SRE with leadership in technical PM or engineering mgmt.
Design and optimize CI/CD pipelines and IaC practices.
Deep familiarity with observability stacks and telemetry.
Strong stakeholder and people leadership capabilities.
Self-starter mindset with drive to improve delivery and processes.

Responsibilities

Direct management of DevOps and SRE engineers.
Oversee the architecture and setup of CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation.
Architect and maintain observability, monitoring, and metrics frameworks.
Serve as technical liaison between client leadership and delivery teams.
Identify delivery risks and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
