Job summary

Manulife is seeking a collaborative DevOps professional who thrives on automation, cloud technologies, and secure, scalable solutions. You will partner with stakeholders in an Agile setting to drive operational excellence through modern DevOps practices.

Responsibilities include enhancing DevOps processes, automating tasks with Ansible/Puppet/Chef, and managing containerization with Docker/Kubernetes. A focus on IaC, security, and documentation rounds out the role.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in DevOps, SRE, Infrastructure Engineering, or related field.
• Experience designing, enhancing, and supporting CI/CD release pipelines.
• Hands‑on experience with TeamCity, including API integrations and pipeline-as-code capabilities.
• Experience with containerization and orchestration technologies such as Docker, Kubernetes (AKS), Helm, and GitOps practices.
• Experience with source control and version management platforms such as GitHub.
• Experience with Jenkins and GitHub Actions.
• Experience deploying and supporting cloud infrastructure and services, preferably within Microsoft Azure environments.
• Experience administering and supporting Linux, Unix, and Windows operating systems.
• Experience working within Agile development environments and cross-functional teams.
• Proficiency in scripting and automation using PowerShell, Python, Bash, or similar technologies.
• Experience with artifact management tools such as Artifactory.
