Job summary

Visionary Innovative Technology Solutions LLC is seeking a seasoned OpenShift/CI-CD engineer to configure, deploy, and support workloads on OpenShift, RedHat, and Kubernetes. You will work with Bitbucket/Jenkins/SonarQube/Artifactory and Ansible Tower to automate delivery pipelines and secure production environments.

• Experience onboarding applications to CI/CD platforms.
• Configuration, deployment and support of workloads in container infrastructure (K8s, OpenShift, RedHat).
• Engineering new OpenShift capabilities and automation.
• Develop scripts to reduce manual tasks and improve reliability.
• Identify vulnerabilities and reliability improvements in the solution.

Responsibilities

• Onboard applications with development teams to integrate with the CI/CD platform.

Bitbucket Jenkins SonarAqua scans Ansible Artifactory Jenkins experience

Ability to troubleshoot quickly and effectively in a high pressure situation

Adaptable to work on various infrastructure automation needs

Required skills

Work with Application and development Teams to onboard applications to integrate with CICD platform

Ability to Configure Deploy and Support Bank workloads to securely run and operate in Container Infra K8s RedHat Open ShiftAKS

Responsible for engineering of new capabilities to the OpenShift Container Platforms and delivering those capabilities in a fully automated and supportable fashion

Develop software or system scripts to simplify or eliminate the dependence on human intervention for recurring tasks

Identify vulnerabilities and opportunities for reliability improvement in the solution

A solid understanding of SDLC

Expert level working with Bitbucket Jenkins SonarQube Artifactory Ansible Ansible Tower JIRA

Experience in releasebuild engineering processes AB deployments and testing

Experience implementing and supporting Continuous Integration and Delivery practices and automation tools

Experience working in Groovy and Python

Able to support development teams in a fastpaced environment in critical situations

Experience with modern performance monitoring and diagnostics tools examples Splunk Dynatrace etc

Foundational Skills

Expertise in supporting Container production K8s RedHat OpenShift environments and associated maintenance change control incident and problem management

Strong experience in Linux administration programming experience in at least one language Python Shell scripting

Strong experience in onboarding applications to OpenShift

Strong experience in Infrastructure automation using Ansible or Python

Experience in building large scale distributed enterprise platforms with focus on performance scale security and reliability

Selfmotivated and results oriented with excellent analytical problem solving interpersonal presentation and communication skills

Operate in a fastpaced environment with multiple concurrent priorities
