Job Description

Responsibilities:

1. 10+ years of experience in designing and implementing CI/CD pipelines, managing cloud-based infrastructure, and automating processes to improve software development and deployment efficiency.
2. Hands-on exposure in migrating Jenkins pipelines to GitLab.
3. Expertise in cloud platforms like AWS and Azure, along with proficiency in automation tools such as K8s, Helm, Terraform, Ansible, GIT, and other DevOps tools, enabling the creation of highly scalable and secure systems.
4. Coach and support project team members during systems release preparation and execution.
5. Collaborate with team members to improve the company’s engineering tools, systems, procedures, and data security.
6. Container orchestration platforms using EKS, AKS, and GKE.
7. K8 package management using Helm chart.
8. Secret management using HashiCorp Vault.
9. CI/CD practices and principles (branching strategies, GitOps, zero downtime deployments, etc).
10. Building CI/CD pipelines and frameworks in AWS DevOps.
11. Provisioning AWS/Azure/OpenStack infrastructure for development and deployment environments.
12. Experience with AWS services to automate processes using Python SDK BOTO3.
13. Experience in CI/CD, Monitoring, SCM Build, and Release processes.
14. Automation using Python and Bash Shell GNU/Linux.
15. Experience in monitoring infrastructure using Grafana, Prometheus, and Nagios.
16. Pipeline setup (CI/CD) using Maven, Make, Nexus repository, Jenkins, and GitLab CI.
17. Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
