Position type: Full-time (40 hours per week) Location: Remote (worldwide)

Job Description

• Lead and manage DevOps practices across development, staging, and production environments
• Design, maintain, and optimize CI/CD pipelines for modern web applications
• Manage cloud infrastructure using modern, scalable architectures
• Ensure system reliability, uptime, performance, and security
• Implement monitoring, logging, and alerting to proactively detect issues
• Collaborate closely with engineering teams working with React.js, Node.js, and related technologies
• Support infrastructure needs for internal tools, client‑facing platforms, and integrations
• Enforce best practices for version control, deployment, access control, and compliance
• Use AI‑powered tools to improve efficiency in coding, automation, troubleshooting, and infrastructure management
• Lead incident response and post‑mortem processes when needed
• Continuously improve workflows, documentation, and operational standards

Requirements

• Proven experience as a DevOps Manager, DevOps Lead, or Senior DevOps Engineer
• Strong understanding of modern JavaScript‑based stacks, including React.js and Node.js
• Experience working with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP, or similar)
• Hands‑on experience with CI/CD tools, containerization, and infrastructure automation
• Familiarity with AI‑assisted development and automation tools for coding and DevOps workflows
• Solid understanding of system security, performance optimization, and scalability
• Strong leadership, communication, and collaboration skills
• Experience working with remote, globally distributed teams
