Job summary

o9 Solutions is seeking a DevOps Manager to lead a global DevOps team and oversee deployment, operations, and automation of the o9 enterprise planning platform across major cloud providers (AWS, GCP, Azure). You will hire, mentor, and drive continuous improvement in CI/CD processes and infrastructure management.

The role requires 6+ years of leadership in DevOps/Software Development, strong cloud skills, and experience with monitoring stacks.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, Industrial Engineering, Engineering Management, or a related field.
• Master’s Degree preferred.

• Manage all aspects of o9 platform deployment and technical operations.
• Manage global DevOps team, assigning and monitoring work tasks and ensuring quality and efficiency is maintained.
• Hire and grow DevOps talent.

DevOps Manager

As a DevOps manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of talented DevOps professionals to maintain and execute organizational policies and procedures for change management, configuration management, release and deployment management, service monitoring, support and problem management across all major cloud providers - AWS, GCP, and Azure.

What you'll have...

Education:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, Industrial Engineering, Engineering Management, or a related field. Master's Degree preferred

Experience:

• Management experience : 6+ years of experience building and leading high performing diverse teams either as DevOps manager or Software Development Manager.
• 5-15 years of experience in a Dev Ops role, performance tuning, conducting application upgrades, patches, supporting continuous integration and deployment tooling
• 3 years of experience with Dockers or similar, 2 years of experience with Kubernetes or similar;
• Working experience monitoring tool/stack (ELK, Prometheus, Datadog, Dynatrace, Newrelic)

Skills:

• Proficient with Cloud Operations (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud), Jenkins or similar technologies, Ansible, Terraform, Administration of databases (MS SQL, Mongo)
• Strong decision-making, problem-solving skills, critical thinking, and testing skills
• Ability to deliver independently and to translate requirements into technical solutions with minimal supervision
• Ability and flexibility to work with teams globally, across time zones

This position at o9 Solutions has an annual salary range of $152,814-$210,119. Additionally, you may be eligible to participate in our medical, retirement, and other company-sponsored benefits.
