Job summary

The Opportunity: CACI is seeking a skilled Mid-Level DevOps Engineer to join the ICAM team in the Hanover, MD area. You will build and improve infrastructure, deployment processes, and tooling to support reliable software delivery across multiple service centers.

Requirements include TS/SCI with polygraph, 10 years of SE experience, a relevant Bachelor's degree, and DoD 8570 IAT Level I+ if CWIP is involved. Strong Kubernetes, Helm, GitOps, and IaC skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph is required.
• 10 years of experience as a Systems Engineer in programs/contracts of similar scope, type and complexity.
• DoD 8570 compliance with IAT Level I or higher if CWIP activities are involved.
• Experience with Kubernetes cluster lifecycle management.
• Experience developing and maintaining Helm charts for deployment and configuration.
• Experience with GitOps tools and CI/CD pipeline integration.
• Infrastructure-as-Code and automation using Ansible.
• Understanding of high-availability strategies across multiple service centers.

Responsibilities

• Build, maintain, and improve the infrastructure, deployment processes, and tooling to enable development teams to deliver reliable software efficiently.
• Lead DevOps initiatives from implementation through production support.
• Collaborate with software, security, and systems teams to drive automation and reliability.
• Own CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation, including Helm charts and GitOps workflows.
• Develop and communicate program review materials and brief both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
