Job description

Job Responsibilities

1. Develop Ansible playbooks and modules to automate build/deployment processes and improve manual workflows. Manage code in GIT and integrate with Ansible Tower for deployment.
2. Use file modules in Ansible playbooks to copy, remove, and modify files on remote servers without agents.
3. Utilize Puppet and Chef, implement Data Bags, adhere to coding standards, maintain cookbooks, and test documentation. Manage Chef Infra and node bootstrapping.
4. Profile J2EE applications, collaborate with application development and QA teams to resolve memory leaks, enhance application integrity and performance, and fix bugs before production deployment. Automate Informatica jobs using UNIX shell scripting.
5. Create tables, triggers, and stored procedures in Oracle and MySQL. Work with web servers like Apache Tomcat, Jetty, JBoss, IBM WebSphere, and WebLogic.
6. Install, configure, and maintain Linux operating systems such as RHEL, CentOS, Ubuntu, AIX, and SUSE.
7. Perform build, deployment, and validation of code across development environments using ANT Hill Pro. Manage user access for GIT Hub project directories for code changes.
8. Evaluate existing system designs and architectures, collaborate with system owners, product managers, and support teams to validate and update information.
9. Participate in disaster recovery exercises and implement DR procedures.
10. Coordinate with product owners, technical support, and enterprise operations teams on technical decisions, issues, and tools selection. Manage server administration.
11. Support storage infrastructure including fiber switches, SANs, and NAS devices. Allocate storage resources as needed.
12. Create War Room templates, analyze production issues, and review DLP policies, TLS whitelisting, SOPs, and perform risk assessments.

Minimum Education Requirement

This position requires a minimum of a Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or related fields, or equivalent experience.
