Job summary

Gcore is seeking a DevOps Engineer/SRE to design, build and maintain scalable infrastructure for AI-driven workloads across global edge and cloud regions. The role emphasizes reliability, automation, and collaboration with cross-functional teams.

You will work with Linux servers, scripting in Bash/Python, and configuration management tools to optimize pipelines, monitor systems, and support on-call rotations. Flexible hybrid/remote options are available.

Qualifications

• Two+ years of experience as a DevOps/SRE Engineer.
• Proficiency with Linux systems.
• Experience with at least one configuration management system (Puppet/Ansible) and networking basics.
• Ability to write Bash and Python scripts.
• Willingness to participate in an on-call rotation.
• Good command of English for chat and calls.

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a DevOps/SRE Engineer


• Strong proficiency in Linux systems


• Experience with at least one configuration management system (e.g., Solid understanding of computer networking, including routing and switching principles


• Ability to write Bash and Python scripts


• Willingness to participate in an on-call rotation


• Intermediate or higher level of English (sufficient for communication in chat and on calls)
