Job summary

CACI is seeking a Mid-level DevOps Engineer to support mission-critical GEOINT applications for NGA. You will design and maintain CI/CD and DevSecOps solutions, work with cloud, containers, and automation technologies, and collaborate with software engineers, cybersecurity teams, and government stakeholders.

The role requires TS/SCI with poly potential, a technical degree, and 5+ years in DevOps/platform engineering. Travel up to 10% across CONUS; multiple US locations may apply.

Qualifications

• TS/SCI clearance required with ability to obtain Poly.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Cybersecurity, or a related technical discipline.
• 5+ years of experience supporting software development, DevOps, platform engineering, or system administration activities.
• Experience designing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, GitHub Actions, or similar platforms.
• Experience with Linux administration, scripting (Python, Bash, or PowerShell), and Git-based source control.
• Experience supporting containerized environments using Docker, Kubernetes, or similar technologies.
• Familiarity with Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) tools such as Terraform, Ansible, or CloudFormation.
• Understanding of Agile development practices, DevOps methodologies, and secure software delivery principles.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Government security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines supporting software build, test, and deployment activities.
• Develop automation solutions using scripting and Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) tools.
• Support containerized application deployments using Docker, Kubernetes, or similar technologies.
• Collaborate with development teams to improve release processes, deployment reliability, and operational efficiency.
• Implement DevSecOps practices, including automated security scanning and compliance validation.
• Troubleshoot issues involving build systems, deployment pipelines, infrastructure, and application environments.
• Contribute to technical documentation, process improvements, and platform engineering initiatives.
