Job summary

MueTec Automatisierte Mikroskopie und Messtechnik GmbH is searching for a dedicated IT specialist to manage CI/CD pipelines and improve Git-based workflows. Candidates will work with advanced technologies and contribute to software component development in C# and C++.

The ideal applicant should have strong experience in CI/CD processes, Git, and the Visual Studio environment. A vocational training as an IT specialist or equivalent is required.

Job description

As part of your induction, we will familiarise you with our exciting products, our teams and the development environment. You will experience cutting-edge technology at first hand and observe the results of your work directly on the end product. Your tasks will be varied and challenging. This includes in particular:

• Setup, maintenance, and optimization of CI/CD pipelines
• Management and continuous improvement of Git and GitLab-based workflows
• Automation of build, test, and deployment processes (including PowerShell and Bash)
• Support in integrating applications and services into existing DevOps infrastructure
• Analysis and troubleshooting of issues in build, release, and deployment processes
• Close collaboration with development teams to improve development and release processes
• Contribution to the standardization and documentation of DevOps processes
• Support in the development and maintenance of software components in C#, C++, Python, and other technologies
• Administration and maintenance of Windows and Linux systems used in software development
• Completed vocational training as an IT specialist (Fachinformatiker) in application development or system integration, or a comparable qualification or relevant professional experience
• Solid knowledge of Git
• Hands-on experience with GitLab
• Strong expertise in CI/CD
