Job summary

Colonist is building the biggest digital board game platform on the internet, with a fully remote, asynchronous team across continents. We want a senior DevOps engineer who owns infrastructure end to end, from merge to production, using Kubernetes, Terraform, and DigitalOcean to deliver safer, more frequent deploys.

You will respond to incidents, write postmortems, and document systems. You should have deep independence, strong written communication, and an AI-forward mindset as you scale

Qualifications

• Senior-level DevOps experience with production Kubernetes.
• Experience operating PostgreSQL, Redis, and a message broker under real traffic.
• Strong written communication and high degree of independence.
