Job summary

ConductorAI in Washington state seeks a seasoned DevOps engineer to design, deploy, and operate our multi-model platform across diverse environments, including air-gapped networks.

You will own CI/CD pipelines, improve Docker/Kubernetes tooling, and help drive accreditations like FedRAMP while shaping architecture with a small, collaborative team.

The role emphasizes ownership, independence, and the chance to impact mission-critical workflows with state-of-the-art tech and equity upside.

Qualifications

• 2+ years as an individual contributor DevOps engineer.
• Experience collaborating with other engineers.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Proactive mindset with initiative-taking.
• Strong experience with Docker, Kubernetes, Helm, and CI/CD.
• Experience with system design and multi-cloud deployment.
• Knowledge of cybersecurity principles, FedRAMP and NIST 800-53.
• Experience with LLMs is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Design and maintain the architecture of a system with multiple AI models, APIs, and a frontend web application.
• Deploy software to classified customer environments, including on-site work as needed.
• Improve Dockerfiles for efficient, hardened images with minimal CVEs.
• Enhance Helm charts for deployments across diverse Kubernetes clusters.
• Improve Github Actions CI/CD processes for robust updates.
• Support System Accreditation to meet standards like FedRAMP.
• Contribute to company strategy and cultivate growing culture.
