Job summary

Qualifications

• 5 - 10 years’ experience in development and operations, or related IT field.
• Knowledge of IT operations best practices for uptime and availability.
• Experience with Microsoft Server administration including Active Directory and SQL.

Responsibilities

• Support customer deployments and assist in installation and admin configuration.
• Proactively manage and support existing infrastructure and applications.
• Act as a Tier-3 support participant for help desk tickets and change requests.
