Artha is seeking a Senior DevOps/Platform Engineer to manage cloud infrastructure for a scalable, reliable, and secure platform. You will design Terraform-based IaC, implement automated pipelines for builds and deployments, and advance GitOps with Kubernetes, Helm, and ArgoCD.

You will collaborate with engineering teams to improve platform reliability, observability, and on-call incident response, while building internal tooling to boost developer productivity.

Formación

• 5+ years in DevOps, platform engineering, SRE, or similar
• Hands-on with AWS and/or Azure
• Experience building automated pipelines for builds, tests, deployments
• Proficiency with Terraform/IaC
• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, Helm, ArgoCD
• Scripting/programming for automation and tooling
• Understanding of reliability, scalability, security, and compliance best practices
• Strong communication and ownership of projects

Responsabilidades

• Manage and optimize cloud infrastructure for scalability, reliability, security, and high availability
• Build and maintain Terraform-based IaC for automated provisioning
• Develop and maintain automated pipelines for builds, tests, and deployments
• Drive GitOps and deployment automation using Kubernetes, Helm, and ArgoCD
• Implement monitoring, logging, observability, and troubleshooting
• Build internal tools to improve developer productivity
• Collaborate with engineering teams on DevOps practices and workflows
• Troubleshoot performance issues and optimize reliability
• Participate in 24/7 on-call rotation for production infra
• Own infrastructure projects for platform scalability and health
