Job summary

Nintendo of America Inc. is seeking an experienced infrastructure/DevOps professional to design, deploy, and maintain scalable Linux-based applications across on-prem and cloud environments.

You will collaborate with development teams to provide infrastructure guidance from early product stages and implement automation to improve CI/CD processes and reliability. The role includes owning KPIs for reliability and uptime, performing code reviews, and supporting 24x7 on-call operations.

Qualifications

• Minimum of five years of related experience in system development technologies and practices.
• Experience with CI/CD methodologies and automation.
• Proficiency with Linux, Windows, or BSD server environments.
• Familiarity with VPNs, TCP/IP, SSL, and networking basics.
• Ability to write code in at least one language (Bash/JavaScript).

Responsibilities

• Designs, builds and maintains scalable applications on Linux servers (on-prem and cloud).
• Partner with development teams to provide infrastructure guidance early in product development.
• Develop solutions with automation to improve CI/CD and reliability.
• Owns KPIs for reliability, uptime and performance; participates in on-call rotations.
• Perform code reviews and enforce best practices and standards.
