Forge Elite Solutions, a Memphis-based software development and consulting firm, is seeking a DevOps Engineer to enhance deployment processes and system performance. The role is full-time with a salary range of $120,000 to $179,583 and comprehensive benefits including health insurance and retirement plans.

You will automate deployment processes, monitor system performance, and ensure seamless operations using modern tools.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in a DevOps or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of Linux and scripting languages like Bash or Python.
• Experience with cloud platforms like AWS or Azure.
• Familiarity with containerization technologies like Docker and orchestration tools like Kubernetes.
• Understanding of CI/CD concepts and experience with at least one CI/CD tool.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team.

Responsabilidades

• Automate and optimize CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, or CircleCI.
• Manage cloud infrastructure on AWS or Azure, ensuring high availability and security.
• Monitor and maintain systems using Prometheus, Grafana, or Nagios.
• Implement infrastructure as code using Terraform or Ansible.
• Troubleshoot production issues to minimize downtime.
• Stay updated with DevOps trends and share knowledge with the team.
• Collaborate with QA to ensure thorough testing before deployment.
• Document processes and create runbooks for operations team.
