Job summary

DevOpsChat is seeking a talented DevOps Engineer to join our dynamic team. You will design, implement, and maintain scalable, reliable, and secure infrastructure solutions, collaborating with development and operations teams to automate workflows and improve deployment processes.

The ideal candidate will have strong cloud platform experience (AWS/Azure/GCP), hands-on Docker and Kubernetes, and proficiency in scripting and IaC tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a DevOps Engineer or in a similar role, preferably within a fast-paced environment.
• Strong knowledge of cloud services such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
• Hands-on experience with containerization tools like Docker and orchestration platforms such as Kubernetes.
• Proficiency in scripting languages including Bash, Python, or PowerShell.
• Familiarity with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI, or CircleCI.
• Understanding of infrastructure as code (IaC) tools like Terraform or CloudFormation.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills, with a passion for continuous learning.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and manage scalable cloud infrastructure solutions to support business needs.
• Automate deployment pipelines and streamline CI/CD processes to enhance development efficiency.
• Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and optimize infrastructure for reliability and security.
• Collaborate with development teams to integrate automation and infrastructure management best practices.
• Maintain and improve configuration management and orchestration tools.
• Develop and maintain documentation related to infrastructure, processes, and procedures.
• Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to recommend innovative solutions.
• Ensure compliance with security policies and best practices to safeguard company data and assets.
