Job summary

Wyetech, LLC is seeking an experienced DevOps Engineer to join our fast-paced team in Ft. Belvoir, VA. You will help build and automate cloud infrastructure for federal government customers, emphasizing reliability, monitoring, and scalability.

Requirements include 5+ years in DevOps or a related field, strong Kubernetes/AWS skills, and DoD 8570 Security+ or willingness to obtain. This on-site role may involve travel and customer-site work.

Qualifications

• 5+ years DevOps or software development experience.
• Experience with Kubernetes and AWS cloud services.
• Proficiency in infrastructure as code (Terraform, Ansible).
• Strong Linux system administration and scripting abilities.

Responsibilities

• Support development and deployment of cloud infrastructure in AWS, notably EKS.
• Automate deployment processes and ensure reliability and scalability.
• Manage Kubernetes containers and AWS cloud infrastructure.
• Collaborate with teams to integrate applications into the infrastructure.
• Monitor production systems and troubleshoot issues.
• Continuously improve processes and tools for high availability.
• Stay current with new technologies and industry trends.
• Occasional customer-site work in Ft. Belvoir, VA.
