Job summary

Newrez LLC is seeking a DevOps Engineer to support application development teams. The role focuses on getting developers and contractors set up, resolving infrastructure issues, and building automation to ensure successful deployments across environments.

The engineer will contribute to release management, monitoring, and incident response, enabling reliable, scalable software delivery on-site in Dallas. Strong Azure/AWS experience and CI/CD expertise are required.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in information technology or related field.
5-7 years of related experience in the field.
Experience with Microsoft Azure Services and AWS.
Familiarity with Git repositories and branching/merging workflows.

Responsibilities

Ensure quality of release of custom software products.
Provide server, cloud, and application support during deployment and production.
Install tools and libraries on servers and write automation scripts.
Perform code migrations for deployment.
Manage release and build processes using ALM software.
Monitor system performance and troubleshoot environment issues.
Provide production support and release documentation.
