Job summary

NeuBird AI is seeking a DevOps Engineer to own deployment pipelines, CI/CD systems, and GitOps practices. You will optimize Docker images, manage Kubernetes clusters on AWS and Azure, and ensure secure, scalable deployments across environments.

You will collaborate with engineering teams to reduce build times, diagnose failures, and implement automated tests within the pipeline. Strong IaC and cloud experience are essential for driving reliable velocity.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines and deployment infra.
• Hands-on with Travis and GitHub Actions; Docker and Kubernetes in production.
• Experience with FluxCD or ArgoCD for GitOps workflows.
• Familiar with AWS and Azure services; IaC with Terraform/Helm/Kustomize.

Responsibilities

• Own and optimize deployment pipelines for scalable product releases.
• Maintain CI/CD configurations and integrate test stages (unit/integration/smoke).
• Optimize Docker images for size and security; manage Kubernetes manifests.
• Implement and evolve GitOps workflows; diagnose and fix deployment failures.
• Monitor pipeline performance and automate repetitive tasks across AWS/Azure.
