Base-2 Solutions is seeking a skilled DevOps Engineer to modernize and deploy a critical government info system. You will build GitLab CI/CD pipelines, manage Nexus, and run Solr clusters with ZooKeeper in prod.

Expect Windows Server admin tasks, AWS migration planning, and IaC with CloudFormation/ Terraform. The role blends on-site Washington, DC with flexible remote options, and requires Top Secret/SCI with CI Polygraph clearance.

Position Summary

The role involves automating deployment processes, managing artifact repositories, and orchestrating infrastructure upgrades across Windows Server environments while planning migration to AWS cloud infrastructure. Strong expertise in Windows Server administration, AWS cloud services (EC2, VPC, IAM, S3, CloudFormation/Terraform), and infrastructure-as-code practices are essential.
