Роль предусматривает наставничество и тесное взаимодействие с командами.

Кандидат должен обладать опытом в AWS, Kubernetes, Terraform и CI/CD, а также уметь настраивать решения для сложных систем и поддерживать высокий уровень коммуникации в команде.

Qualifications

• Опыт работы с AWS и Kubernetes, доказанный практикой.
• Базовые навыки Terraform, CI/CD инструментов (Git, Jenkins, Ansible) и скрипты (Bash/Python).
• Умение проектировать решения для сложных систем и подсказывать командам лучшие практики развёртывания.
• Отличные коммуникативные навыки и способность решать проблемы.
• Приветствуется опыт с такими инструментами как DataDog, GitLab, ServiceNow, сетевые диагностики и Agile.

Responsibilities

• Роль операционного SME для продукта, взаимодействие с бизнес- и техкомандами.
• Обеспечение соответствия процессам отдела, снижение инцидентов и рисков.
• Идентификация и управление операционными рисками, долгосрочные решения.
• Руководство DevOps-инженерией в кросс-функциональном разработческом подразделении.
• Владение CI/CD пайплайнами и автоматизацией развёртывания, применение GitOps практик.
• Автоматизация инфраструктурногоProvisioning через Terraform, поддержка платформы.

Задачи

• Act as the operational SME for the product, developing a strong understanding of its infrastructure and tooling while partnering with business and technology teams;
• Ensure full compliance with departmental processes, reducing incidents and risks through proactive analysis, accurate impact assessment, and support for development changes;
• Identify and manage operational risks, mitigating short-term issues while driving long-term, sustainable resolutions;
• Lead DevOps engineering within a cross-functional development pod, ensuring the platform is resilient, scalable, secure, and fully automated;
• Own CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation, applying modern DevOps and GitOps practices to improve reliability and delivery speed;
• Build and automate infrastructure provisioning using Terraform and configuration management tools, driving an automation-first culture and running the platform;
• Mentor and provide technical guidance to DevOps engineers.

• Hands‑on experience with Terraform, CI/CD tools (Git, Jenkins, Ansible), and scripting (Bash/Python);
• Ability to compose solutions for complex systems and guide teams on deployment best practices;
• Excellent communication and problem‑solving skills;
• Nice to have: experience with modern tooling such as DataDog, GitLab, ServiceNow, networking diagnostics, Agile practices, AWS certifications, and a background in financial services.
