We are seeking a talented and highly motivated Intermediate Software Engineer to join our team!

Responsibilities

• Work full‑time on‑site in Springfield, VA as a DevOps Engineer, bridging sustainment and enhancement priorities across multiple teams and job functions.
• Utilize Docker & Kubernetes, AWS, and other virtualized infrastructure environments to deliver and maintain reliable systems.
• Collaborate within a Development team using SAFe or other Agile Release Trains.
• Contribute to open‑source projects and manage Git repositories.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders and teams.

Qualifications

• Title: DevOps Engineer
• Level: Intermediate to Senior
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college in a related discipline, or equivalent experience/combined education, with 5 years of professional experience; or 3 years of professional experience with a related Master’s degree.
• Active Top Secret Clearance (TS/SCI optional)
• Minimum 4‑7 years of software development experience with at least one of the following languages: C++, Java, or Python.
• Prior experience with at least one of the following environments and applications: AWS, C2S, or Virtualized Infrastructure.
• Experience using Docker & Kubernetes.
• Experience working on a Development team within SAFe or other Agile Release Trains.
• Experience with Git and contributing to open‑source projects.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, dynamic, collaborative team environment.
• Willingness to work 3‑5 days on‑site.
