A leading provider of agentic tools and customer-facing integrations is seeking a DevOps Engineer to create scalable architectures, contribute to project planning, and produce maintainable code. The ideal candidate has 4+ years of DevOps experience, deep knowledge of Terraform, AWS, and Kubernetes. This role offers a competitive salary range of $153,000 to $202,000 alongside equity compensation and excellent benefits, including unlimited PTO and comprehensive health insurance.

What You Will Do

• Work with the engineering team to produce highly performant, reliable and scalable architectures that serve some of our largest customers, handling millions of rows per second across databases, workers, and services.
• Participate in roadmapping, architecture, and planning discussions.
• Produce high-quality, production-ready, maintainable infrastructure and code.
• Lead large projects from inception to production.
• Unblock and support your team of peers.
• Participate in on‑call rotation and system maintenance activities.

The Ideal Candidate Will Have

• 4+ years of full-time DevOps experience.
• Deep experience with Terraform, AWS, and Kubernetes.
• Ability to own the planning and deployment of highly scalable systems.
• Familiarity with Python, Prometheus, Redis, Elasticsearch, AWS Aurora, Redshift, Kinesis, EC2, EKS, ECS.

Compensation

• The cash compensation range for this role is $153,000–$202,000.
• Actual compensation packages are based on a wide array of factors unique to each candidate, including skill set, years & depth of experience, and certifications. In addition to cash compensation, all full‑time employees receive an equity compensation package.
