Job summary

Qualifications

DevOps Engineer

Position Overview

Minitab is seeking a skilled and motivated DevOps Engineer to play a key role in developing and maintaining our infrastructure and deployment pipelines. Key Responsibilities

Develop & Maintain Infrastructure and Deployment Pipelines

• Design, implement, and manage CI/CD pipelines to ensure seamless and efficient software delivery.
• Automate infrastructure provisioning and configuration management.
• Help manage and maintain development and production infrastructure, ensuring environments are stable, scalable, secure, and suitable for continuous testing and delivery.
• Participate in an on‑call rotation to address urgent infrastructure issues and support system reliability.

Change Requests & Infrastructure Support

• Manage requests across systems and environments, including updates to settings, permissions, and components.
• Provide timely support for infrastructure‑related issues to minimize disruption and improve service quality.
• Maintain documentation and procedures for request handling and issue resolution to ensure consistency and operational efficiency.

Communication & Collaboration

• Communicate progress and status of assigned work in accordance with team and company practices.
• Participate in code reviews, seeking and incorporating feedback from teammates, reviewers, and domain experts.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to meet shared goals and deliverables on schedule.
