Qualifications

• 7–8 years in DevOps, Cloud Engineering, or Infra automation.
• Strong hands-on AWS (EC2, S3, VPC, IAM, RDS, EKS).
• Proficient with Docker and Kubernetes.
• Experience with Terraform and Ansible.
• CI/CD tooling: Jenkins, GitLab CI, or GitHub Actions.
• Linux admin and shell scripting.
• Programming with Python, Bash, or YAML.
• Git and version control proficiency.
• Networking basics (DNS, load balancers, firewalls).
• Monitoring with Prometheus, Grafana, and ELK.

Responsibilities

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Senior DevOps Engineer with 7-8 years of experience in designing, implementing, and managing cloud infrastructure, automation, and CI/CD pipelines. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in AWS, Kubernetes, Docker, Infrastructure as Code, and DevOps automation practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain scalable cloud infrastructure on AWS.
• Build and manage CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, GitLab CI, or GitHub Actions.
• Automate infrastructure provisioning using Terraform and Ansible.
• Deploy, manage, and troubleshoot containerized applications using Docker and Kubernetes.
• Monitor system performance, availability, and reliability.
• Implement infrastructure security, access controls, and compliance standards.
• Manage Linux-based environments and troubleshoot production issues.
• Work closely with development, QA, and security teams to streamline deployments.
• Implement logging and monitoring solutions using Prometheus, Grafana, and ELK Stack.
• Optimize cloud infrastructure for performance, scalability, and cost efficiency.
• Support production releases, incident management, and disaster recovery processes.

Required Technical Skills

• 7-8 years of experience in DevOps, Cloud Engineering, or Infrastructure Automation.
• Strong hands-on experience with AWS services (EC2, S3, VPC, IAM, EKS, RDS).
• Expertise in Docker and Kubernetes.
• Experience with Terraform and Ansible.
• Strong knowledge of Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, or GitHub Actions.
• Good understanding of Linux administration and shell scripting.
• Programming/scripting experience with Python, Bash, or YAML.
• Experience with Git and version control systems.
• Knowledge of networking concepts, DNS, load balancing, and firewalls.
• Experience with monitoring tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, and ELK.
• Understanding of security best practices and cloud infrastructure management.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Azure or Google Cloud Platform.
• Knowledge of Helm and ArgoCD.
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code and GitOps practices.
• Familiarity with SonarQube and vulnerability scanning tools.
• Experience with microservices and distributed systems.
