Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in DevOps, Platform Engineering, SRE, or similar infra-focused role.
• Strong hands-on experience with GCP.
• Experience with Terraform or similar Infrastructure-as-Code tooling.
• Strong knowledge of Kubernetes and CI/CD systems.
• Strong Python and Bash scripting skills in Linux environments.
• Experience managing cloud infrastructure costs and implementing budget controls.

Responsibilities

• Owning and managing the GCP environment, including IAM, compute, networking, and cloud cost controls.
• Maintaining reliable research and trading infrastructure, with a focus on uptime, monitoring, and incident response.
• Managing Kubernetes clusters, CI/CD pipelines, and fleets of VMs.
• Supporting research pipelines, job scheduling, resource allocation, and platform stability.
• Building and improving automation, monitoring, alerting, logging, and operational tooling.
• Benchmarking and tuning critical services to improve performance and reliability.

I am looking for an experienced DevOps Engineer to join a high-performance team.

You'll take ownership of the stability, reliability, and day-to-day operational health of a critical technology platform supporting both research and live trading. This is a hands-on, operations-focused role where you'll work closely across engineering, research, and systems teams to ensure infrastructure runs smoothly and issues are resolved quickly.
