Job summary

KIBO seeks a DevOps Engineer to design, implement, and maintain infrastructure and tooling across development and production environments. You will collaborate with product teams, automate deployments, and monitor systems to ensure reliable operations and security compliance.

You will join a remote-friendly, globally distributed Kibonauts team, working to improve deployment pipelines and tooling while supporting rapid software delivery and scalable infrastructure.

• Automate and streamline infrastructure and application deployment, configuration, and testing processes to reduce errors
• Monitor and troubleshoot production systems and proactively improve performance and stability
• Conduct root cause analyses and post-mortems to identify issues and prevent recurrences
• Act as liaison between development and operations teams to foster collaboration and continuous improvement
• Manage day-to-day operations of development and production environments in the India office
• Build and deploy tools to ensure security and regulatory compliance
• Stay up to date with latest technologies and industry best practices to improve tools and processes
