Booz Allen is seeking a DevOps infrastructure engineer to help set up cloud environments and provision computer networking, storage, and virtual networks. You will work with cloud architects to manage server configuration for modern cloud solutions and use a DevOps framework to deploy and operate IT infrastructures for mission-critical systems.

You will contribute to internal labs, collaborate across teams, and support the delivery of secure, scalable infrastructure.

Qualificações

• 3+ years of experience using AWS cloud infrastructure (Windows or Linux EC2 Instances).
• 2+ years of experience with container technologies (Docker/Podman/Kubernetes).
• 2+ years with Terraform to provision cloud resources.
• 2+ years with Ansible to automate deployments.
• 2+ years scripting in Bash/Python/PowerShell.
• 2+ years of version control experience.
• 1+ years in Agile methodologies and Jira.

As a DevOps infrastructure engineer at Booz Allen, you’ll work closely with cloud architects and engineers to manage server configuration for modern cloud solutions. You’ll sharpen your skills within a DevOps framework to establish or provision virtual machines or networks and use cloud service providers to further your clients’ meaningful missions.

You Have:

• 3+ years of experience using AWS cloud infrastructure, including Windows or Linux EC2 Instances
• 2+ years of experience using container technologies, including Docker, Podman, or Kubernetes, for deploying and operating applications
• 2+ years of experience with Infrastructure as Code such as Terraform to provision and manage cloud resources
• 2+ years of experience with Configuration as Code such as Ansible to automate system configuration and application deployments
• 2+ years of experience scripting or automation using Bash, Python, or PowerShell
• 2+ years of experience using version control
• 1+ years of experience working within Agile methodologies and using project management tools such as Jira

Nice If You Have:

• Experience designing, building, and maintaining CI/CD Pipelines
• Experience with commercial tools such as Jira, Confluence, Jira Service Management, Discourse, Overleaf, GitLab, GitLab Runners, Jenkins, Artifactory, SonarQube, Ansys products, Teamwork Cloud, MATLAB, Fortify, or Splunk
• Experience with troubleshooting
• Experience with GitOps such as Flux or ArgoCD
• Ability to identify issues, review logs, analyze error messages, and work through systematic steps to find and resolve root causes
• IAT Level II or IAT Level III Certification such as Security+ or CISSP Certification
• AWS Certification such as AWS Solutions Architect, CloudOps Engineer, or DevOps Engineer Certification

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $61,900.00 to $141,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
