We're looking for a DevOps Engineer to help build, scale, and maintain our cloud infrastructure in Microsoft Azure. You'll own infrastructure-as-code using Terraform, build and maintain CI/CD pipelines, and partner closely with engineering teams to improve deployment speed, reliability, and security across our environments.
What You’ll Do
- Design, provision, and maintain Azure infrastructure using Terraform, ensuring environments are version-controlled, repeatable, and consistent across dev, staging, and production
- Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines (YAML-based) to automate build, test, and deployment workflows across the organization
- Manage and optimize core Azure services — compute (VMs, AKS), networking, storage, and identity (Entra ID, RBAC) — to support application and platform needs
- Implement monitoring, logging, and alerting to maintain visibility into system health and performance across environments
- Collaborate with development teams to containerize applications and support Kubernetes-based deployments
- Drive automation initiatives to reduce manual operational work and improve release velocity
- Support incident response and troubleshooting for infrastructure and pipeline issues, participating in on-call rotation as needed
- Apply security best practices across infrastructure and pipelines, including secrets management, least-privilege access, and compliance alignment
- Document infrastructure, processes, and runbooks to support team knowledge-sharing and onboarding
What You’ll Bring
- 3+ years of experience in a DevOps, Site Reliability, or Cloud Infrastructure Engineering role
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure (VMs, networking, storage, Entra ID/RBAC)
- Strong experience with Terraform for infrastructure-as-code (modules, state management, workspaces)
- Experience writing and maintaining YAML-based CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, or similar)
- Scripting proficiency in PowerShell, Python, or Bash for automation
- Experience with containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes/AKS)
- Familiarity with monitoring and observability tools (Azure Monitor, Log Analytics, Grafana, or similar)
- Solid understanding of networking fundamentals, security best practices, and identity/access management in cloud environments
- Strong troubleshooting skills and comfort working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
Nice to Have
- Azure certifications (AZ-104, AZ-400, or AZ-500)
- Experience with secrets management tools (Azure Key Vault, HashiCorp Vault)
- Exposure to multi-cloud environments (AWS, GCP)
- Experience supporting compliance frameworks (SOC 2, PCI DSS, HIPAA
