Job summary

REALIGN LLC seeks an experienced Cloud Engineer to build and manage AWS infrastructure for CQRE One Portal. You will design CI/CD pipelines, implement serverless data ingestion, and maintain an observability platform to ensure secure, scalable, and production-ready deployments.

The role requires hands-on experience with AWS services, IaC, containerization, and monitoring tools, with a focus on security best practices and audit logging in enterprise environments.

Qualifications

• 6+ years building AWS cloud infrastructure and security controls.
• 3+ years with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, AWS CDK, or CloudFormation).
• Strong Docker experience and CI/CD pipeline design.
• 2+ years using Python for serverless data pipelines on AWS.
• Experience with monitoring/observability tools and securing networks.

Role Summary: Build and manage the AWS cloud infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines, serverless data ingestion, and observability platform for CQRE One Portal — ensuring the application is securely deployed, scalable, and production-ready.

Required Skills

• 6+ years working with AWS — ECS or EKS, RDS (PostgreSQL), DynamoDB, CloudFront, S3, API Gateway, IAM, KMS
• 3+ years with Infrastructure as Code — Terraform, AWS CDK, or CloudFormation
• Strong experience with Docker containerization and CI/CD pipeline design (GitHub Actions, Jenkins, or similar)
• 2+ years with Python for building serverless data pipelines using AWS Lambda and Step Functions
• Experience with monitoring and observability — CloudWatch, Dynatrace, or equivalent APM tools
• Solid understanding of network security — TLS, VPCs, security groups, least-privilege IAM policies
• Experience with automated deployment strategies (blue/green, rolling deployments)
• Experience ingesting data from CI/CD tools (Jenkins, SonarQube) into reporting platforms
• Familiarity with OpenSearch or Elasticsearch
• Background in enterprise environments with compliance and audit logging requirements
