State of Ohio -- DCY seeks a highly experienced DevOps Cloud Engineer to lead design, implementation, automation, and support of enterprise cloud infrastructure across Azure, AWS, Salesforce, and related platforms.
This senior role requires expertise in cloud architecture, IaC, CI/CD, Kubernetes, automation, cloud security, and legacy integration, collaborating with architects, developers, and stakeholders to deliver secure, scalable cloud solutions.
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems Technology, or a related field.
- Azure AZ-305 Certification (Required)
- AWS Solutions Architect Professional Certification (Required)
- 10+ years of experience as a Computer Systems Analyst / Network Administrator
- 7+ years of software engineering experience in enterprise environments
- 5+ years of experience with enterprise cloud platforms: Azure, AWS, GCP
- Strong experience integrating legacy applications with cloud-based platforms
- Advanced experience with Azure DevOps, Terraform, YAML, Azure Cloud Hub, CI/CD Pipelines
- Strong scripting experience using Python, PowerShell, Bash
- Advanced experience with Kubernetes, Docker, Serverless Computing
- Experience with IaC, Cloud Security, Networking, Virtualization
- Experience with REST APIs and Web Services
- Ability to participate in 24x7 On-Call Support Rotation
Responsibilities
- Lead the design, implementation, automation, and support of enterprise cloud infrastructure across Azure, AWS, Salesforce, and related platforms.
- Collaborate with architects, developers, and business stakeholders to build scalable, secure cloud solutions.
- Provide technical leadership and operational support for cloud environments.
