Job summary

Acronis ищет инженера DevOps/Build для разработки и поддержки современной системы сборки сложного продукта. В задачи входит создание end-to-end конвейеров, управление артефактами и каналами выпуска, автоматизация повторных сборок, тестов и релизов.

Кандидат должен владеть Linux, Python и shell-скриптингом, а также опытом в Jenkins, GitLab CI или GitHub Actions. Приоритет — опыт работы с multi-language сборками и SBOM.

Qualifications

• 5+ лет опыта в сборке, релизах или DevOps для сложных ПО
• Умение строить и поддерживать CI/CD пайплайны на базе Jenkins/GitLab/GitHub Actions
• Опыт упаковки и дистрибуции Linux-бинарников, включая подписание артефактов

Responsibilities

• Разрабатывать и развивать систему сборки для многокомпонентного продукта
• Строить и поддерживать конвейеры поставки: артефакты, кэширование, репозитории
• Собирать и валидировать релиз-пакеты и образы
• Управлять релизными конвейерами, подписями и каналами распространения
• Поддерживать traceability артефактов и SBOM
• Автоматизировать сборку и релизы с использованием Python и shell
• Поддерживать разработчиков и QA в сборке и устранении ошибок

• Владеть инфраструктурой сборки и координировать с IT

• Own, design, and evolve the build system for a complex product with interdependent components written in multiple programming languages
• Build and maintain end-to-end pipelines, including reproducible builds, dependency and version management, build agents and farms, artifact repositories, and caching
• Assemble and validate release packages, images, installation artifacts, and distribution repositories across parallel release lines
• Build and operate release pipelines for automated validation, regression gating, artifact signing, channel promotion, publishing, and rollback
• Keep the product buildable through toolchain and dependency upgrades, resolve conflicts, and maintain build definitions and downstream patches
• Maintain traceability for shipped products, including versioning, changelogs, artifact provenance, license and SBOM data, and security-scanning and audit integrations
• Automate build tooling, release steps, and build-environment provisioning with Python and shell; integrate builds with source control, review, and issue-tracking workflows
• Support developers and QA with self-service builds, diagnosis of build and packaging failures, and resolution of build-related blockers
• Extend CI/CD coverage with commit validation, artifact promotion, and automated test integration into release gating
• Own build infrastructure, including hosts, builder images, artifact storage, and capacity planning, coordinating with IT and operations where infrastructure is shared
• Investigate complex and intermittent build failures, identify root causes, and implement permanent fixes
• Use AI-assisted engineering tools for development, code and log analysis, debugging, root-cause investigation, and technical research
• Document build and release processes and share expertise with development and QA teams
• Communicate build and release status, risks, dependencies, and critical issues to the development lead

Требования:

• 5+ Years in build, release, or DevOps engineering for complex software products, including ownership of a complete build system
• Strong CI/CD engineering experience with Jenkins, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions, or comparable tools; pipelines as code, build agents, and artifact repositories
• Experience packaging and distributing Linux binary artifacts, including artifact signing and repository or channel management
• Ability to read, fix, and take over build definitions across multiple languages and tools, including make, CMake, autotools, and language-native build and packaging tools
• Deep understanding of dependency and version management, reproducible and hermetic builds, incremental builds, and build caching
• Solid Python and shell scripting skills for build tooling and release automation
• Strong Linux systems knowledge, containers, and configuration management tools
• Confident use of Git and branching and release models for products with multiple concurrent releases
• Mandatory practical experience using AI-assisted engineering tools for development, debugging, log analysis, investigation, and technical research
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills, patience in taking over large inherited build systems with incomplete documentation, and ability to treat the build as a product relied upon by engineering teams
• Excellent English communication and cross-functional collaboration skills Будет плюсом: experience delivering updates to installed software, including channels, staged rollouts, acceptance, and rollback; familiarity with software supply chain practices, signing, SBOM, dependency and vulnerability scanning; experience scaling build systems through parallelism and distributed builds and reducing build times from hours to minutes
