Job summary

EITACIES Inc. is seeking a seasoned DevOps Architect / SME for a Guild/COE-level role. You will lead platform engineering standards across a multi-cloud, hybrid environment, defining and scaling DevOps practices.

Deep expertise in infrastructure, automation, and cloud architecture is essential to guide teams and drive best practices. The position emphasizes architecture leadership, reusable automation, and strong collaboration with cross-functional and offshore teams.

Qualifications

• 15+ years in DevOps / Platform Engineering / Cloud Architecture
• Hands-on multi-cloud (AWS + GCP) experience
• Expertise in Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, AWS CDK, or Pulumi)
• Kubernetes (Helm, deployments, scaling, production systems)
• Strong Python or scripting skills
• Experience building reusable infrastructure modules and automation frameworks
• Networking knowledge (DNS, VPCs, load balancers, VPNs, firewalls)
• Experience with CI/CD and observability systems
• Strong documentation practices (GitHub, CLI tooling)

Responsibilities

• Architect and standardize DevOps across AWS, GCP, and hybrid clouds
• Build and maintain IaC frameworks using Terraform, CDK, or Pulumi
• Design scalable Kubernetes platforms (Helm, deployments, orchestration)
• Develop reusable CI/CD modules and automation frameworks
• Lead cloud architecture for large-scale compute/storage/networking/dbs
• Debug multi-cloud and third-party integration issues
• Implement observability, incident management, and reliability systems

DevOps Architect / SME MultiCloud

We are looking for a DevOps SME / Architect to lead platform engineering standards across a multi-cloud, hybrid environment. This is a Guild / COE-level role, requiring deep expertise in infrastructure, automation, and cloud architecture, along with the ability to define and scale DevOps practices across teams.

Required Skills:

Key Responsibilities:

• Architect and standardize DevOps practices across AWS, GCP, and hybrid cloud environments
• Build and maintain Infrastructure as Code frameworks using Terraform, CDK, or Pulumi
• Design and implement scalable Kubernetes-based platforms (Helm, deployments, orchestration)
• Develop reusable CI/CD modules and automation frameworks
• Lead cloud architecture for large-scale systems including compute, storage, networking, and databases
• Debug complex multi-cloud and third-party integration issues
• Implement observability, incident management, and reliability systems
• Define and enforce security best practices across infrastructure and pipelines

• Mentor engineers and drive adoption of DevOps best practices across teams

Qualifications:

• 15+ years of experience in DevOps / Platform Engineering / Cloud Architecture
• Strong hands-on experience in multi-cloud environments (AWS + GCP)
• Deep expertise in:
  • Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, AWS CDK, or Pulumi)
  • Kubernetes (Helm, deployments, scaling, production systems)
  • Docker and containerized platforms
• Strong programming/scripting skills (Python preferred)
• Experience building reusable infrastructure modules and automation frameworks
• Strong understanding of networking (DNS, VPCs, load balancers, VPNs, firewalls)
• Experience with databases (SQL, tuning, DynamoDB, Aurora, etc.)
• Experience implementing CI/CD systems and reusable pipelines
• Experience with observability and incident management systems
• Strong documentation practices (GitHub, CLI tooling, etc.)

Requirements (Critical):

• Proven experience leading DevOps initiatives across teams (Guild / COE model preferred)
• Experience mentoring engineers and driving adoption of best practices
• Ability to define standards, not just execute tasks

Security & Reliability:

• Strong understanding of security best practices and vulnerability management
• Experience in performance tuning and optimization
• Experience in disaster recovery and backup strategies
• Experience in hybrid cloud environments

Preferred:

• Experience working in large-scale enterprise environments
• Experience with frontend/backend build systems (npm, Maven, etc.)
• Prior experience with Apple or similar large-scale tech organizations
